Orders & Pickup
Do you offer shipping?
We currently ship treats within the U.S. However, cakes and cupcakes are local pickup only.
Do you deliver?
At this time, we do not offer delivery.
Where are you located?
We are based in the Baytown/Houston area in Texas.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing custom cake and cupcake orders at least 5 days in advance.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include an additional rush fee.
Cakes & Cupcakes
How should I store my dog’s cake?
Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator immediately after pickup.
How long do the cakes last?
For best freshness, cakes are recommended to be enjoyed within 4–7 days when refrigerated properly.
Can I leave the cake out during a party?
Because our icing contains cream cheese, cakes should not be left out for more than 2 hours. Warm temperatures may cause the icing to melt, and the cake may no longer be safe for your dog to consume.
Why does the icing crack sometimes?
Our icing naturally begins to crack after about 2 days due to the homemade ingredients and refrigeration process. This is completely normal.
When are cakes made?
Most cakes are made the day before or the day of pickup to help maintain freshness and appearance.
Can I request custom themes or colors?
Yes. We offer custom themes, colors, and designs for an additional charge.
Will my cake look exactly like the inspiration photo?
We always try our best to match requested colors and inspiration photos as closely as possible. Because everything is handmade and dog-safe, slight variations may occur.
Can I request natural food coloring?
Yes. We typically use gel food coloring for vibrant colors. If you prefer more natural coloring options, please let us know beforehand. Additional charges may apply.
Are your products homemade?
Yes. Everything is homemade and made in-house.

What ingredients do you use?
All ingredients are listed on our website and product listings whenever possible.
My dog has allergies. Can they still eat your products?
Please review all ingredient lists carefully before ordering. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet does not have allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients used.
Are your products veterinarian approved?
Cuddles Pet Brand products are homemade treats intended for supplemental feeding and special occasions. We are not veterinarians, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
My dog has health concerns or dietary restrictions. What should I do?
If your dog has allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or specific health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting with your veterinarian before purchasing or feeding any treats or cakes.
Are you responsible for allergic reactions or health issues?
Pet owners are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring products are appropriate for their pets. Cuddles Pet Brand is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, illnesses, or health-related concerns that may occur after consumption.

Can I request something specific?
Absolutely. Every cake and custom order is made differently. If you have a specific idea, theme, or design in mind, feel free to let us know.
Do you make treats for birthdays and special events?
Yes. We offer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, treats, and custom dessert options for birthdays, gotchas, and celebrations.
