Booking and payment: A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your event date. The remaining balance, plus any upgrades, travel fee and sales tax, is due 7 days before your event.
Travel: The first 20 miles from Baytown are free, then $1 per mile round trip.
Service time: Your booked service time begins once the Pupcake Bar is fully set up and ready to serve guests. Setup and cleanup are included and do not count toward your booked service time. Extra time is $25 per 30 minutes past your booked end time.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Requests made at least 7 days before your event may transfer your retainer to a new date, subject to availability. If an unexpected emergency arises within 7 days of your event, please reach out. While rescheduling cannot be guaranteed, we'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your event, the 50% non-refundable retainer will not be refunded. Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, and reserved event time.
Outdoor events: For outdoor events affected by severe weather, we'll work with you to determine the best solution, including moving indoors or rescheduling when possible.
Allergies: Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary concerns before your event so we can prepare accordingly.
Our commitment: If Cuddles Dog Bakery is unable to attend your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule your event.
Name and email are collected at checkout. We'll review your details and email your final invoice, with your upgrades and any travel fee, due 7 days before your event.
